I can accept appointments by telephone, however, all appointments must be confirmed subsequently via the form below.  Appointments which remain unconfirmed in this way will not be accepted unless you become a regular client who has earned my trust.    You will be required to send a 20% deposit to reach me no later than the day before your session, either via my Paypal account or the Royal Mail.  Full details of these arrangements and directions to my facilities will be emailed to you well in advance.


Your deposit will be  credited to the cost of your session.  Should you need to postpone your appointment, the deposit will normally be retained and  credited to the cost of the rearranged session. Should you have to cancel your session, you forfeit the deposit.  Should I have to postpone or cancel a session, your deposit will be retained and either credited against a rearranged session or returned to you by mutual agreement.

My telephone is switched on to receive calls throughout the day.  If I'm not with a client, I'd be pleased to discuss your requirements providing you're polite and courteous.    Those new to this may find this helpful and it may serve to calm any nerves!  You'll find me sympathetic and ready to listen. If my phone is switched off , you can leave me a message.  If you're impolite or rude, your number will be barred, end!  Naturally, witheld numbers will be rejected.
